Ubora Tower 1
Ubora Tower 1, also known as Ubora Commercial Tower, is a prominent skyscraper located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It stands approximately 263 meters (862 feet) tall and contains 58 floors primarily designated for commercial use. The tower, completed in 2011, forms part of the Ubora Towers complex, which also includes the adjacent Ubora Residential Tower.
Designed by the architectural firm Aedas, Ubora Tower 1 features a distinctive curved façade that maximizes natural light and views for its occupants.
The project is known for its modern high-tech and postmodern architectural style, combining sleek design with functional office spaces. The complex includes extensive retail and parking facilities spread across multiple levels, as well as landscaped outdoor areas with fountains and walkways.
Managed by JLL and developed by Dubai Properties, the tower caters to businesses with a variety of office sizes and configurations, supported by high-speed elevators, advanced security systems, and convenient access to key transport links such as the nearby Business Bay Metro Station.
Ubora Tower 1 contributes significantly to the commercial landscape of Business Bay, a vital business and residential hub in Dubai, noted for its proximity to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
