Vision Tower
Vision Tower is a 60-story commercial office skyscraper located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The tower stands approximately 260 meters (853 feet) tall and was completed in January 2011. Developed by Dubai Properties, Vision Tower is distinguished by its modern design featuring a curved transparent glass façade that allows for ample natural light and panoramic views of Dubai Creek and Sheikh Zayed Road. As the only independent office building owned by Dubai Properties in Business Bay, it offers flexible office configurations including fully fitted, furnished, and shell-and-core units, with sizes ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 square feet.
The building accommodates a total office space of around 592,225 square feet and includes parking facilities for up to 1,420 cars. Strategically positioned near the entrance of Business Bay, close to Sheikh Zayed Road and the Business Bay Metro Station, Vision Tower benefits from excellent connectivity and access to various retail, dining, and business amenities in the area.
